What an amazing 16 days! Folks from all over the country and around the globe arrived at the ca1911 Montgomery Inn BnB to experience the World Equestrian Games 2010 held for the first time in the US here in Lexington, KY.
The automatic comaraderie was amazing with everyone, whether participant, volunteer or spectator, sharing that one phenomenal love of horses. Breakfast began at 5am each day for the early risers--wasn't sure I could keep up the pace but it flowed easily and for those who could linger we served well into the morning. |

Wow! What a great time we're having with the World Equestrian Games! There are four days remaining and Keeneland Thoroughbred Racing will begin on it's heels. It's a glorious fall here in Kentucky. The Breeders Cup will finish off the exciting equestrian season November 4-5 weekend, and then we begin our holiday decorating to have it up in time for the Thanksgiving Holiday.During the World Equestrian Games: We
offer an inclusive semi-meal plan including complimentary snacks and
beverages, full breakfast for two each morning, and complimentary wine
and cheese reception each afternoon with fresh fruits, German chocolates
and a variety of hearty snacks and nibbles. |
