As the last of our Thanksgiving guests waved farewell we poured a cup of tea and took a moment to relax. The Inn always seems quiet after a houseful of merriment and frivolities. We bask only mometarily, though as the Holiday Parties, Dinners and Receptions commence in just a few days. There is still room/time to book your gathering with us--we do a beautiful party buffet for munching and mingling--ideal for 40 or fewer. We also do sit down dinners, there is a menu for your group and budget, just call and we'll custom design your gathering. Ross is continuing to get stronger every day and itching to be back at work--literally and figuratively! I assume the itching is yet another sign of healing... We are certainly in the spirit of the season and looking forward to greeting our winter guests. That brings me to what's next: I'll be creating some winter specials soon, and out 100 year anniversary celebration plans, too, so be looking for those in the upcoming months. Interested in tamale making or other cooking lessons? Drop me an email, we need at least 5-6 to warrant a cooking school weekend. Keep it simple, heartfelt and enjoyable this holiday season! Sometimes less really is more! Until the next post--take care! Pam The Innkeeper |
